Posted By grumpy As there are so many out there, most of which will most likely be not very good, can anyone "recommend" a GOOD DVD on risk assessment to "back up" a training session. Thanks

Posted By holmezy Hi Grumpy, If there are no suggestions on DVD, then why not make your own. Pick a selection of scenario's that may be familiar to your folks and film, then replay and ask them to spot the hazards and grade the risks. Last time I did this, I had fun staging a few hazards which, to be fair, most people spotted and identified before I'd finished filming. The results were that even though folks had worked in an area for aquite some time, they had become "blind" to many of the everyday hazards until someone from another area pointed them out. Also made RA of each area a doddle! Just a thought... beer time approaches.... say hello to the the rest of the gang, and give Snow White a peck on the cheek from me! Holmezy
