Posted By Ian G Hutchings There's quite a lot of information on the net if you look. It is OK to present if you have experience of implementation, but if you don't it could cause confusion and deliver the wrong message. For any behavioural intervention to be effective, it is my personal opinion that it has to be completely tailored to the organisation. Behaviour related to tasks is only the tip of this ice burg. The key issues relate to organisational structure, commercial drivers and many others systemic issues which impact the way people work and perceive safety. If you let me know what you need this for I may be able to point you in the right direction or offer advice. What is the purpose of the presentation and who is the potential audience? Ian

Posted By David Hughes Are you referring to Behavioural Safety in terms of standard observation and feedback programmes like Stop, Sousa, Hastam, Swop etc etc Or more generally i.e. how behaviour effects safety?(small b, small s). I have lots of material on the latter and there is lots and lots on the web about the other!
