Posted By charlie pitt I am updating our Incident Form & was looking around to see if anyone would have an electronic copy of the standard "human pictogram" used to locate areas on the body where injuries are. I have a plain jane version at present but I recall seeing one that was electronic & you could either point arrows or colour in various points of the body to show the injury site. Trying to make the whole form capable of being filled in online. Anyone seen this type of thing, if so where ?? Or even better, could you send me a copy?? Thanks, Charlie
