Hi, I am trying to find out the history of a company, In particular, their safety records, and and riddor reportable accidents that they may have had.
Can anybody tell me if there is a way of finding this out?
Thanks.

HSE prosecution website would be my starting point!
Shows you how to identify the company and will pick up any completed cases.
Very useful as background for any job aplications !

If the Company concerned has had any prosecution or improvement notices served, then they will be on the HSE database. The only way that you will find out about reportables, is to ask the Company re its accident figures. Don't be surprised or upset if they don't tell you, there is no legal reason why they have to.

As far as I am aware FOI only applies to 'public bodies'.

Your local/regional HSE would be able to find you the info from the Incident Contact Centre.
Try speaking them.
