Posted By Marie Louise Hi I've not come across a standard one although if you let us know the type on construction work I'm sure people will give some pointers. Also try the HSE construction discussion forum there's a few threads for general site inspection forms. http://webcommunities.hs...ction/messageListThreads

Posted By Mitch JC6 I wouldn't recommend going down the standard route unless you only use it as a template for (dare I say it?) competent persons to adapt to each site specifically. Mitch

Posted By Jay Joshi You can adapt one to suit your specific needs from:- " Essential Health & Safety Toolkit for the smaller Construction Contractor" http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg344.pdf There was a "Construction health and safety checklist"; HSE Construction Information Sheets (CIS 17) that was superceeded by the above one. Alternatively, Appendix 2 in HSG 150 has the same "Construction health and safety checklist"
