Posted By Chris Mac Can someone enlighten me on any regulations covering minimum size with relation to work platforms. There may be some redesigning of a machine that we use and I have been asked the question will we have to ensure the platform (raised by two feet to allow ops to clear blockages in a line when they occur) is of a certain size. Was a bit unsure off hand, I mean it is technically work at height I would say, so does that side of things specify? Thanks

Posted By Mitch The activity involved with the machine operation, ergonomics etc will dictate the size of the platform, you will then have to consider what protection is required to comply with WAH Reg's etc.
