Posted By Dave Merchant The 2002 PPE Regulations were basically a legal housekeeping exercise - the original PPE Regs were amended so many times they became impossible to read, so the entire lot were repealed and replaced with linear text. Very little 'new' material went into them, but it means you no longer need to trawl through the 1992,1993,1994 and 1996 versions.

Posted By Jay Joshi The regulations you refer to are not the "use" regulations, but the "supply" regulations-and apply to all in the supply chain.
