Hi all,
Does anyone have any specific detail on emergency preparedness when W@H?
I have a procedure but need some help on emergency situations.
I'm for saying phone emergency services but this is not recommended!!
thanks in advance
Alan

Depends Alan.
Do you mean:
How to get 60 people of a scaffold quickly and safely when the fire alaem goes off;
rescue of a snagged abseiler;or,
rescue from harness with "suspension trauma" risk?

Hi Alan,
A quick look at this site will help. http://www.suspensiontrauma.info/
More often than not, people think that if someone is dangling from height, it is safe to just bring them down and treat them. Not realising doing so could kill them. As for preparedness, what is the task / situation?
Regards,
Phil
