Does anyone have a template (with scoring system) for developing a business risk register?

I have recently taken up post as Compliance Director with a multi utility company and need to get a suitable register in place as a priority. If you do have a suitable template and would be be prepared to share it with me can you please send to: nick.broom@turriff.com.

Email on its way, with the template we use. We also use a risk software package, which I would be happy to discuss with you off line. Rather depends on how complicated your business is.
