If my company is hiring a different plants each week in different parts of England can I ask them to provide inspection form to do quick operator checks each day?

They would need to do a visual check daily or prior to use in addition to any other statutory checks under Loler 98 / Puwer 98. It doesn't matter how many sites you have. If the same plant is used twice in a day, then usually the initial check would suffice.

If your operators are trained in the use of the plant they should be able to carry out the checks themselves, I would provide them with your own pro-formas for continuity
