Posted By Lukasz If my company is hiring a different plants each week in different parts of England can I ask them to provide inspection form to do quick operator checks each day?

Posted By Ali They would need to do a visual check daily or prior to use in addition to any other statutory checks under Loler 98 / Puwer 98. It doesn't matter how many sites you have. If the same plant is used twice in a day, then usually the initial check would suffice.

Posted By Mitch If your operators are trained in the use of the plant they should be able to carry out the checks themselves, I would provide them with your own pro-formas for continuity
