I was inspecting a gas central heating job at one of our properties today and the gas engineer referred to a "pressure vessel" within the gas heater he had installed. Would anyone know if the appliance comes under the above Regs (as well as the Gas safety etc Regs)?

Under the definition the appliance "contains a liquid under pressure, it is a boiler, contains a heat exchanger and pressure gauge". Has anyone else considered this requirement or is it exempted ?
