Posted By Mark Eden We have an office bike (not that type) for people to use around London. Recently the main user was knocked off and sustained minor injuries and was off work for over 3 days. Is this Reportable?

Posted By CFT Mark IMO Yes; I would want to be certain you trained the individuals to cycle round London, maintained the bike, provided appropriate head protection gloves etc,had suitable insurance in place for the procedure, and kept records appertaining to this piece of work equipment. CFT
