Well, technically, you can't carry a naked flame on a public service vehicle. Health and Safety of bus and passengers.

What about the health and safety of the officers who were guarding it during Sundays march around London, surely the risks associated with this was unacceptable as it was blatantly obvious what feelings this would arouse, surely our government placed officers and others in an unacceptable position with respect to their health and safety.

I agree with William, foreseeable circumstances/reaction and possible outcome, what is the likelihood of......? I think the Chinese security forces have done more than enough damage on the streets of Tibet we don't need them on the streets in the UK!

I would hope they already identified that in advance...it was probably just embarrassing for them.
And I hope they had a team of male/female runners to prevent fatigue; an old flame perhaps.
