Posted By grumpy Not my area of expertsie : if an employee, with a back problem, asks if they can remove the arms from their chair when working at their work station because they are more comfortable are we OK to allow this ????

Posted By Ron Hunter I would take all the arms off all the chairs unless someone gives me a medical reason for needing them - they tend to get in the way too often and prevent good workstation set-up and posture.
