Just been told i have a temp starting on monday, does anyone have an induction booklet for this sort of thing.
We give full time staff a full induction plus manual handling training, but this takes most of a morning.
Any ideas on this please

The induction should reflect the duties being carried out, the environment they are being carried in etc, why not give them the full monty, try justifying why not in the event of .......
