I've not done this for a few years and need to start on htree sites next week; does anyone have an up to date template (checklist) for Health, Safety & Welfare Audits on construction sites?

CIS18 (fixed sites), CIS46 (transient sites) have relevant guidance, however these documents are silent on acceptable numbers of WCs etc. on fixed construction sites.
I guess the guidance within the Workplace Health & Safety & Welfare Regulations would apply, although numbers on site can vary considerably over the Project Phases and facilities provision would have to anticipate this. What is acceptable at Project commencement would not usually be acceptable as multi-trades join the Project. Similarly, hired facilities can be withdrawn as the Project nears completion.
From a Client perspective, you should have written assurance that "suitable and sufficient" facilities will be provided from day one.
