Hi All

Does anyone out there have access to a job description for a risk champion on a board. The organisation is a charity. This is a new role so there hasn't been any definitions as yet attached. I have ideas of my own, but have been asked to put this together fairly quickly. What I'm looking for is a general job description.

you shoud be able to adjust the wording within some key sections of this refence document to make a broad-brush specification:
