After consideration with the advice on here and provided by the HSE we are in a position to proceed with the works as the correct system of work and risk assessment are in place. However, last point on the system of work - disposal. I have stated that the pigeon waste is to be bagged, and then double bagged, so to further combat any excrement which may come out of the hole of single back. Where now do we dispose of the waste? Can it be placed in an everyday household bin? or does it need to be carefully disposed of and i better contact the Environment people?
