I have a question regarding No Smoking signage,
I am 99% sure I know the answer but would like other persons interpretation of the Health Act 2006.

Here is the scenario: Two residential apartments one on the first floor and one on the second floor, both share the main entrance lobby on the ground floor (Common Parts), which has plant area for contractors to maintain.

I believe that the entrance must be provided with No Smoking Signage stating "It is against the law to smoke in the common parts of these premises" Therefore allowing the residents to smoke in their own home.

Anyone got a different interpretation.
