Hi everybody ,

I prepare a section in our company newsletter but I would like to put something like a h+s related crossword / puzzle / wordsearch in to provide a lighter way of getting H+S information across.
Does anybody have any examples that they could let me have a copy of , or know somewhere I could look (nothing much on Google)

Thanks ,

Mike

Try this link:-

http://puzzlemaker.disco.../WordSearchSetupForm.asp

You can make your own word search on any topic you like.

We do one on Risk Assessment for our training courses in the form of a quiz so they have to answer the questions and then the answers are found in the grid. Works well for most people.

Oh dear.

As if us H&S folk didn't get enough stick. Is this really the dynamic, innovative, cutting edge world of health and safety we want...crosswords and word searches!

You may as well hand out free slippers and a cup of Horlicks while you're at it.

Please, please do all of us a favour and try thinking outside the box a bit. Be inventive, be creative, set new boundaries.

Sadly 'PROFESSIONAL' H&S folk don't always have a clue how to actually relate to other humans and develop positive relationships. Can you imagine how excited every one will get trying to find the word "risk assessment" in this weeks word search? Honestly.

WE CAN DO BETTER!
