Hi All.

Does any one have a completed Construction Lines Questionnaire in order for me to have a look as I have to fill one out as a favour for some one and their Consultant is on holiday at present.

I would be very grateful.

Regards

Get Real, it doesn't take much to fill it in, just get on with it.

I am sure that was a reasonable request to view a completed form for someone outwith the realms of filling such a forum.

Is this site not for helping people along or is it for criticising people?

Totally agree with the last poster- if you have nothing positive to contribute then don't post negative messages like that.

HSES what appears to be the problem?

Yeh,

I was using a mates log in as my computer was not available to ask the question.

I don't deal with construction and my friend wants me to fill one out ASAP.
His contract depends on it and I said that I would try and help.

He has a lot safety advice but his Guy is away on holiday.
I can do it for him but it may take a long time to look up all the relative Regs etc.

I was only wondering if someone could send me the type of way the questions are answered.

I may have to just get on with it myself or wait a few weeks till their Guy is back.

Its easy mate and asks the ususal H&S stuff you would expect from a client to get on an approved list.

If you have CHAS / NAT Brit you do not need to do it anyway!

Hang on a minute!

Does anyone really believe this, this is a safety consultant who is probably being paid by a client to fill in what is an absolutely straightforward and simple form to fill in.

The original poster is using 2 aliases both with the same email (yet one is supposed to be his friend's login details - yeh right!).

If you search for the original login name you will find a Health and Safety Consultancy of the same name offering online document services - make your own conclusions with this one.

At the end of the day, if you know nothing about the company, you should not offer to fill in the form for them, competence is as much about knowing your limitations. Copying an other company's form is not going to help you or your 'Friend/Client'.

Also, what do you need to look up Regulations for!!

Have you actually read the application form?

SJA,

I take it you don't agree with the Original Poster then.

Can we all get on with the forum then, (although you are very suspicious)

But you are the original poster, you are now just using a different username, but you still have the same email address!

Even though you have now (surprisingly) decided to hide your email address on both of your user accounts, it was clearly visible yesterday for all to see.

Suspicious - YES - and rightly so.

If you were honest in your original posting, rather than making up cover stories, you may have had a different response.

SJA is correct that this was the same poster using two log-ins - I also noticed this yesterday and thought it a little odd that he is appearing to support his own original post with another log-in (note I have said "appearing" - I do not know the truth of it obviously). Hiding the e-mail addresses has shown he doesn't want people to realise this however!

I think he might be doing this form on his own now!

One of the application sheets to be completed (even if you have CHAS) requests information on the careers and history of the Directors of the company.

It asks if they have been naughty boys and/or girls and banned from running companies etc. So I have three words............

STAFF IN CONFIDENCE

Crack on.

Although this has been the highlight of the forum for some time, could someone please send me a blank form or direct me to where I might find one of as I don't think I have seen one before.

Thanks
