Posted By SNS What product, what type of pallet? Stability of pallets? Floor condition ? Access? Manufacturers normally put stack limits on their products based on their knowledge and experience, some may even have a risk assessment to check out their solution. Where would you stack them? inside / outside? what is the roof limit? What is the mass or weight of the pallets loaded? risk of crushing lower levels etc. Many things to consider.

Posted By Ali ..the HSE Guidance is no higher than the diagonal base dimension of the pallet and no more than 3 pallets high (if my memory serves me well). Check HSG 76.
