Posted By C.J. Without knowing more details I would say the Auditor will be looking to see if you have implemented the changes brought about from BS OHSAS 18001:2007 from the old OHSAS 18001.

Posted By phil beresford i am I right in thinking that all companies certified to OHSAS 1999 should by now (30th June 2009)made the transition to OHSAS 2007 or is this transition done when your recertification audit comes around which may be after this date Anyone know, and if so where is the evidence Thanks Phil

Posted By Buzz Lightyear We just got through our transition. There were a number of changes - most of them we already met in our existing management systems. The ones we had to work on enhancing in our management systems included: -Considering human factors in risk assessments, -evaluating the effectiveness of training in the workplace and -recording of compliance with legal requirements. I suspect that the changes will have different requirements for different organisations. Good luck!
