Have you looked at the interactive DVD that accompany's the pack. It is very straight forward.

There are very few bits to actually fill in and I'm not sure what good looking at someone else's will be as once completed they are site specific.

You should also consider contacting your LA EHO as they may be able to offer a coaching session (many (but not all) LA's got funding for such coaching)).
