Posted By Adam Worth http://www.hse.gov.uk/ri...sestudies/pdf/office.pdf OK OK not fire but I think these give a good idea of the sort of info that shouldbe included and how to go about doing risk assessment. Then www.fire.gov.uk/workplace+safety/ A start?

Posted By Carrell Have you considered using the simple format at the back of the government guidance document for offices? Available to download at communities.gov.uk/fire, alternatively try a few different fire authority websites for their pro formas to pick the best that works for you. Carrie

Posted By Bob Shillabeer The Fire Service Training College in Morton On Marsh has produced an excellent process for conducting a fire risk assesment. The guy who lead the course was Pete Pinney but am unaware if he is still there. His E-Mail address is/was E:pinney@firesservicecollege.ac.uk. It may be worth trying him for a straight forward fire risk assesment form.
