Lack of housekeeping with regards to unnecessary objects left.. e.g. pallets etc Effective management of FLT Operators .. recognising bad practices and resolving them quickly and effectively Understanding the different type of loads, traffic management and route/management I'm sure i have left plenty out for others to mention too!
