I carry out risk assessments on a regular basis but i would like the site managers to become more aware of the risks by filling out their own assessments when they are carrying out tasks i am not aware of..
Do we need to pay someone to do the training..
or can i do the training?

If you are competent (and could prove it, if necessary), you can do it.

How would you prove your RA competence? - apart from all the Risk Assessments you usually carry out?

you should not undertake RA on your own and both management and workers should be involved in the process as if not they will never own the RA's

Bob - hence the reason for training.
we want the Site Managers to be fully able to risk assess a situation/process by being on site and discussing with the operatives. these would all be submitted for review too.
