What educational standards are used to measure HSE?

Are they grant linked?

A colleague has asked me for advice and as I mainly deal in construction and FM so would appreciate a steering hand please.

Hi John, I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking about standards of performance in educational establishments relating to H, S & E, or aducational achievements to practise in HSE (UK Gov't agency) or a more general enquiry regarding competences by H, S & E practitioners?
