Can anyone share any website or provide me information on developing safety guidelines or procedures pertaining to the following topics:

Lifting Equipment
Control of Hazardous Material
Risk Assessment
Electrical Safety
Manual Handling
Permit To Work
Emergency Response

Need to develop urgently where going to start the project work. Appreciate if you have any existing ready make if can share.
I just need to do some minor amendments that that can end my headache.

Hi Xiao,

you have been after a few bits for a while
surely you have asked your company for support in this role they cannot expect you to carry out this role without the necessary resources

Lifting Equipment
Control of Hazardous Material
Risk Assessment
Electrical Safety
Manual Handling
Permit To Work
Emergency Response

All of the sites the above responses have given you will help.But At some point your company are going to have to provide "you" with training or employ a competent person to deal with the Health & safety Issues that you have mentioned.
