Problem unloading shipping containers with out access to loading dock or ramps any one similar experience

We could do with a little background information? what product/ stores are being unloaded, is MHE in use,loose items, how heavy, condition of the surface the vehicle is parked on, how is it being currently done?

If you can supply those we can start there.
