Posted By Ann Hacon Happy friday..... The HSE guidance on using stepladders says that unless there is a safe handrail (presumably extending above the ladder)you are not to work off the top two steps. Does the platform at the top of the ladders count as a step? Ann

Posted By andymak My view being vertically challenges is usually better from a pair of steps...... inspected for condition first of course! And yes previous contributors are correct.
