Posted By Ann Hacon I am currently looking into what's new in terms oflone worker technology (tracking devices, alarms etc). If you have any experiences of new technology I would be really interested to hear from you.
With thanks Ann

Posted By Brenda H We successfully use Guardian 24 (Blue Chip Technologies) as a lone worker support solution; they also offer other tracking systems and would be worth a call.

Posted By stephen d clarke Hi, The NHS system currently under trial I think is called identicom which allows the staff member to alert back-up covertly, identify where they are by GPS and switch on a voice recorder allowing back-up to hear whats going on - see http://www.connexion2.com/content/3 its expensive though.
