What's the best way to keep updated on changes in standards?

They don't appear to do a newsletter or feed as some sites do, although they said you can type the standard in to their site and it will tell you which is the most recent one, is this the best way?

Also, BS5839, I have 2002 & 2008, but not 2007, what's the best way to find out what the main changes were between 2007 & 2008?

Thanks,

Yes there is a feed:

http://www.bsigroup.com/rss/AllStandards.xml

(it shows the latest 10 or 20 issues and updates, but very few people know it's there)

No equivalent feed for DPCs though - you have to keep checking http://drafts.bsigroup.com/

Brenda,

BSI provide a service (PLUS) where they manage your standards (for a fee). You provide them with a list of the standards you use and they will inform you of any amendments and send out the updates.

There is a hard copy newsletter which I assume you can subscribe to.

Blimey, more options than their customer services team know about then!

There are no particular standards, just general information as anything is updated would be good.

Does the hard copy newsletter include updates? and if so, how do you subscribe to this?

The Stationary Office also have a service where they will send out updates automatically for British Standards.
