Please tell me, what is the difference between Accident, Incident and Near Miss? Give some examples of Accident/Incident/Near Miss.

Incident - something happened (usually unplanned e.g fence panel falls over without damage, but not always e.g. a physical assault)
Accident - something unplanned happened and damaged a person or property
Near-miss - an unplanned incident occured and could have led to an accident
