Posted By peter_1961 I am doing a tender for a job, part of the tender is to answer a million different H&S related questions, I am struggling to complete one section and help and advice will be gratefully accepted! We need to add a CDM section to our H&S policy but I am struggling, is there anywhere online that I can find the information, I have all the regualtions but need someones completed CDM section so I can see how to lay out ours. Thanks

Posted By Ron Hunter I'm guessing you're looking to develop written detailed arrangements describing how you discharge your CDM duties, as opposed to giving your general policy statement a "CDM" slant? What you write will depend on the role(s) you fulfil (Designer, CDM-C, Principal Contractor or Contractor). The Construction Skills docs at the link you have been given are a very good starting point. The CDM Approved Code of Practice L144 from HSE Books would be a wise investment too.
