Posted By Safe System Just a quick one.. Can you define a Duty of Care in a short paragraph that is simple enough for a fairly uneducated person to understand? My mind is refusing to go simple this morning!

Posted By Robert K Lewis However the wonderful world of regulation has other uses of the term "Duty of Care" to contend with and the other appropriate definition for construction operatives is "Make sure you put your waste in the right skip and get the ticket when it leaves site" Bob :-)
