A few years back there was a video titles 'Not in the Real World' that was about about a scaffold collapse.

Anyone know where to get a copy?

It used to be available via the H&S department of SGB as I got a copy off them last year however I believe it is now avaliable commercially but can't remember who off. I'd suggest contacting SGB and asking them.
