Posted By Safe System Trying to clear up an argument here so would like some back up! 1st scenario: If you have a RIDDOR accident on a site that you are NOT Principal contractor and you have a problem with your plant, you call out a mechanic and they have a major accident... who is down to report that? 2nd Scenario: You ARE P/C or the riddor happens at your place of work BUT the individual is not an employee (works for external company and just visiting) and they trip over there own feet (for example) and break a wrist... who reports thtat?
