If working at a clients site and I have an accident, does the client have a legal requirement to record the accident in their accident book ?
The accident is not reportable with regard to RIDDOR.

Yes, all accidents must be recorded.

Yes it needs top be recorded on the client site. Equally it needs to be reported to your own employer.
