Twice recently I have been told that there is no longer any need to for employers to display their E/L insurance certificate.

Is this true? Have I missed something?

If true can someone point me in the direction of the legislative change that occurred?

Many thanks in advance

Martyn

Martyn,

Think you will find that you can now have it available electronically providing employees can view it e.g. via intranet...

Its got to be available to them and you need to tell them about it

For staff with IT it can be on your internal web site - For staff without access to IT then it must be displayed for them to view

The problem these days is that all info providers direct people to the computer and forget that most of the UK's workforce do not use / have access to computers when at work so they are forgotten

Why not just display it as usual, that's all I have done.
