We have recently been awarded a contract in which we have to TUPE over two members of the cleaning staff. These two employees have to maintain a car park, cleaning & sweeping etc, on a seven day day split shift. We have provided them with a mobile push along roadsweeper for which we shall provide training etc. My concern is that they are both over 65 and of course work outside. There is 24 hour security in the car park, but I am unsure as to what other training and monitoring systems I should put in place. Any ideas would be helpfull please.
