Posted By Swis Was listening to Radio 4 the other day on reasons behind dispensing wrong medicines. A pharmacist and representative from NHS both claimed the lack of (or not having) breaks on lengthy shifts lead to errors in dispensing the right drugs to the patients. (completely undermining the working time directive). Has anyone else listened to those conversations? What about employee welfare in Health and Pharmaceutical industry? Who is to blame for such open public remarks?
