Do you mean for OHSAS 18001 compliance? PAT? Plant? Audits?

sorry guys more details, The company have a work force of 25 i am on about step ladder registers, coshh registers what other registers do i need it is a very big warehouse

Dependant on who owns the building and it's age you could also include
Asbestos
Legionella management
Permits to work
5 yearly fixed wiring check
Fire fighting equipment
Evacuation equipment
Fire alarm tests and evacuations
Considering the type of activity being undertaken in the warhouse:
Access equipment checks
Training (manual handling)
FLT servicing
FLT driver certification
