Posted By Buzz I've recently put together a procedure for managing vibration and am trying to put together a form which captures the steps needed to be taken which will also included boxes to be filled out with the different relevant information. Does anyone have anything like this I could take a look at? Thanks

Posted By Buzz Hi Bob, do you mean to label the equipment with? If so that's what we're going to do is use a colour coded system to flag the equipment up with. It's just a form to capture the initial information. i.e. points per hour, what equipment, risk category etc etc. I can devise one, I guess i'm being a bit lazy, but am also interested to see how others have captured this information.

Posted By Phil Rose I am not quite sure what you are after, but if you want a form for doing a vibration assessment etc these are available on the HSE website at http://www.hse.gov.uk/vi...on/hav/vibrationcalc.htm
