Posted By martinw Depends how you look at it. You may find that parents of 'naughty children' suddenly take more of an interest in their offspring's actions, which may reduce violence towards teachers. Alternatively, if the parents do go in the clink, isn't that more likely to reduce control of their kids? So could go either way. Suspect you were thinking of other things at a deeper level though? Martin
