Rank: Guest		Posted By Bob Curtis I am currently in a situation where the main contractor is insisting that we provide weekly safety checks as well as the daily ones that we do now. They have suspended the use of scissor lifts until further notice. I am of the impression that only daily checks and six monthly inspections are required. Your thoughts please.

Rank: Guest		Posted By Peter Zunda I've read an awful lot of publications and guidance on MEWP's recently. I also cannot find any reference requiring to weekly checks in addition to daily ones, including the research report unless the flood in info washed over me and I missed it.
