Posted By martinw Folks - the Mods have pulled the original thread as it got rather personal, but asked me to put the original document link back in as it is useful, so here it is: http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/web42.pdf Hope the Mods were doing their job and that no-one grassed me to the teachers! Anyway Swis have a good weekend and hope others do too. Martin

Posted By martinw Dunno. I did get a little personal but I thought that it was quite restrained in the circumstances. In the big scheme of things it was a pleasant kicking from the Mods and I was invited to restore the thread. Hopefully the Mods found my comments amusing as well as well intentioned. Have a good weekend y'all

Posted By Swis A very useful guide indeed for trainee health & safety professionals as well as supervisors/managers. I would also recommend the following from BBC & HSE; http://www.bbc.co.uk/hea...h/disorders_person.shtml http://www.hse.gov.uk/stress/dealingwith.htm
