Hi,
Does anybody have a good H&S audit document that I can take a look at. I am looking to develop one for our organisation to be used as part of our newly developed safety management system. Does anybody have any suitable examples they could email me? I am looking for a scoring system that is not to complicated but allows you to identify compliance or non compliance with the policies & procedures.
