Does anyone do it in their workplace? If you do how do you comply with the more than 100 tablets should be on a prescription?
I have the guidance just looking for some practical examples of how it is controlled.

We have the in ours, but the machine only holds a limited stock to stay within the 'limit'. The HSE state on their website that they have no objection to this.

I seem to remember that many years ago (10, maybe 15) the British Safety Council used to offer vending machines for sale.
My understanding of the First Aid Regulations regarding this was that that you cannot "prescribe" or offer medication but it is acceptable to have it available for individuals to choose.
Obviously this was before the "nanny state" stopped us from buying a bottle of 100, but I am sure that a vending machine will be available to dispense within the current legal limit.

This is a frequently raised issueand there is information on the NHRA website at:-

It is my understanding (but I am not sure) that you may require an MRHA license to sell the OTC products in vending machines. There is an MHRA contact number on its website
