Posted By Abby l Hi I am writing an article titled "Safety in Construction Design" an International perspective. I aim to compare and contrast the concept of safety in design across europe, the united states and australia. I know a lot about the equivalent Construction Regulations in Ireland, however i am difficulty getting information from other European countries. Does anyone know where i could find such information?

Posted By martinw http://riviera.angloinfo...untries/france/build.asp http://books.google.com/...esult&ct=result&resnum=2 http://www.ceiweb.it/erratacorrige/EC2273.pdf Abby - the first and second hyperlinks will be reasonably helpful, the third is information about other regulations(not the regulations themselves) - Germany, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden - and it is not fully up to date. But will give you more idea about what is 'findable'. Good luck Martin

Posted By Paul I Clark Martin Barnard did a study across all EU members some ten years ago, I will email this across. You may wish to contact him directly to see if his review has been updated. In relation to designer CDM, let me know if you need any information from Australia or the US.
